Peer to Peer Support Group: Resilience and Self-Care

The Mental Health and Wellness team will be facilitating a 2-day group on Resilience and Self-Care on Wednesday December 7 and Wednesday December 14 at 12:00PM (EST), 9:00AM (PST), 1:00PM (AST). Students will have the opportunity to discuss and share their thoughts on, and experiences with, resiliency and self-care and collaborate with one another to enhance their sense of resiliency in the face of stress and uncertainty, in addition to developing a self-care plan.

This group is open to all Yorkville University and Toronto Film School students.
